CEH-Shenyang Industrial Park (CSSIP), Inc is the industrial park development arm of the CEH Group. Based in Shenyang city (the 4th largest city in China), Liaoning province, the industrial park is a mega joint-venture project established with the full cooperation of Shenyang city. It is located next to Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, and adjacent to "Shenyang Aerospace High Tech Industrial Park".

The industrial park will house manufacturing activities for all logistics, light industries, training institute, transport, and services business.
